At LiftLab Co., Olympic Weightlifting competition drives our passion and we believe everyone from all walks of life should be able to participate. That’s why we offer a Team Weightlifting Training Program for athletes at all levels.


Lift Lab’s Team Weightlifting Program is designed to take you, no matter what level, to the next step in Olympic lifting. To get started, every athlete receives a free weightlifting analysis.

Semi Private Training

At Lift Lab Co., we believe in the power of training together. That’s why we offer Semi-Private Training while still working on your own customized program.

Lift Lab’s Semi Private Training Program is for everyone, no matter your level of fitness. Your motivation will come from LiftLab’s highly trained coach and the other 2-3 athletes in your group (never more than 4:1 athlete to coach ratio).


Sports Performance Training is for you if you: 

  • Like a team atmosphere

  • Enjoy guided learning

  • No longer feel one-on-one attention is necessary

  • Have specific goals in mind

  • Thrive in a structured environment



At Lift Lab Co., we believe fitness should be motivating, not painful or forced. Above everything, it should be safe and make you feel better leaving, than when you walked in our doors. That’s why we focus on training smarter and competing against yourself, not against a clock, number or friend.  


The goal of the program is to increase general physical preparedness as well as improve components of fitness such as: strength, speed, endurance, and cardiovascular health. This program  does not focus on the complex Olympic Weightlifting movements, but does incorporate the barbell for strength training. We believe in the power of the group accomplishing more than the individual, and regardless of your current fitness level, the program will move you to accomplish your health and fitness goals. 



We believe that every sport shares the same basic athletic needs, but also requires specific movement patterns unique to that sport. Our expert coaches have worked with numerous professional, collegiate, high school, and younger athletes to hone the skills necessary for their sport. 


Your customized program will blend both general physical skills with the specific skills needed for you to excel in your sport, training you in either a one-on-one capacity or with others.



We believe everyone should be able to receive first-class training. That's why we've developed a way to train anyone, anywhere. Lift Lab's Personal Remote Coaching Program is for everyone, no matter your fitness level.


Your customized program will provide you with weekly how-to exercise videos and your choice of a video or phone conference with your coach! Your program will include: 

  • Dynamic Warm-up

  • Plyometrics

  • Olympic Lifts

  • Strength & Accessory Work

We believe that you can't out train a bad diet. Nutrition is an integral part to a long and healthy life, as well as peak athletic performance. Whether you are looking to lose 20 pounds, or put 20 pounds on your total, we can help you dial in for those goals through Nutrition Coaching. 

All of our coaches are certified through Precision Nutrition or Working Against Gravity, and are prepared to work with clients anywhere in their health journey to help them accomplish their goals.
