At Lift Lab Co., we believe fitness should be motivating, not painful. Above everything, it should be safe and make you feel better leaving, than when you walked in our doors. That’s why we focus on training smarter and competing against yourself, not against a clock, number or friend.  

Lift Lab’s Fitness Program features experienced instructors who outline training details every single day and stay to teach the class. The Fitness Program is designed to help you learn how to lift properly and build on your own weightlifting knowledge each and every session. We take the time to teach the why, because if you learn properly and apply intensity over time, you will be able to make progress forever.

At LiftLab Co., Olympic Weightlifting competition drives our passion and we believe everyone from all walks of life should be able to participate. That’s why we offer a Team Weightlifting Training Program for athletes at all levels.

Lift Lab’s Team Weightlifting Program is designed take you, no matter what level, to the next step in Olympic lifting. To get started, every athlete receives a free weightlifting analysis.  Team Weightlifting

At LiftLab Co., we believe cost should not prevent anyone from receiving professional instruction from a highly certified trainer. That’s why we’ve developed an affordable way to work with LiftLab’s highly trained coaches in a one-on-one capacity.

Lift Lab’s Personal Training Program offers individualized workouts in one of our state-of-the-art facilities. Our motivational trainers can help you lose fat, rehab an injury, change your physique, increase speed, agility and endurance or just make you into an even better weekend warrior. We understand the hard part of working out is just getting in the door, that’s why all you have to do is show up and follow directions, leave everything else to us.

The Lift Lab is a 7,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility located in the heart of Indianapolis. The Lift Lab is a top of the line facility with world class coaching. We offer group and individual coaching solutions that emphasizes form and function. Our coaching is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. 


The Lift Lab community consists of people from all walks of life. Our family includes stay at home moms, executives, members of the military, police, and fire, as well as, doctors, lawyers, and college students. Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at the Lift Lab.


What we do.

At the Lift Lab you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, and lifting, moving your body the way it is meant to be moved.

Our programs aim to individually address your needs. We provide programs that emphasize strength, power, endurance, and overall human performance.
